Scheduling a tour is easy through the Wayfarer website. Prospective residents can book an in-person tour, explore available floor plans, and complete the online application process directly from the community website.

Wayfarer offers select apartment homes through Seattle's MFTE program. Qualification is based on household size and annual income limits established by the City of Seattle. After completing Thrive's standard application and screening process, the leasing team will verify your eligibility and certify your income for the selected apartment home.
